RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized. Please read the following information then, "Contact Us" (see box at right) for authorization number.
Defective Product/Damaged in Shipment:
Contact us for instructions. The item will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Returns will be inspected for manufacturing defects. Items damaged in shipment, save original packing materials and call us for instructions. You will be asked to provide photos showing damage so we can file a claim with shipping company.
We guarantee if the item is not as represented, you can return it in the same condition for a full refund minus the actual shipping costs both ways. This includes the cost for free shipping. Items returned that we shipped for free, will be refunded for the amount of the order minus the actual shipping charges. Item must be returned in new, unused condition. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions. Returns accepted only with an RMA number.
Other returns or exchanges:
If you order the wrong color, wrong size or decide you just don't like the item, you must pay return freight. The cost of the item will be credited in your original form of payment after it has been inspected and found to be in new, resalable condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. All items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. [Restocking fees cover our expenses to open, inspect and repackage returned items. I know it's not a popular fee, but it is necessary if small businesses are to stay in business. Thank you for your understanding.]
PET GLASS PORTRAITS & PET MEMORIALS
If you need to return your Pet Glass Art (the glass portion of Portraits and/or Memorials) for any reason other than damage in shipment, you must pay the return freight and a $25.00 restocking fee. The amount of your original purchase will be credited less the restocking fee after the item has been received, inspected and found to be in original condition. Wood Bases are not returnable. Artwork damaged in shipment? Contact us following instructions included with your order. Every care is taken in packaging so your artwork will arrive without damage. If your artwork is damaged in shipment we will replace it free of charge. (You will need to submit photos of damage so we can make a claim with shipper.)
DOG CRATE FURNITURE:
All End Table Dog Crates, Side Entry Dog Crates and Aluminum Dog Houses may only be returned if unused. There will be a 25% restocking fee on these items. All returned items will be inspected for use and/or damage prior to crediting your account. Return freight will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded.
