RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized. Please read the following information then, "Contact Us" (see box at right) for authorization number.
Defective Product:
Contact us for instructions. The item will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Comfy Cozy will reimburse you for return freight in these cases.
Other returns or exchanges:
If you order the wrong color, wrong size or decide you just don't like the item, you must pay return freight. The cost of the item will be credited in your original form of payment after it has been inspected and found to be in new, resalable condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. All items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. [Restocking fees cover our expenses to open, inspect and repackage returned items. I know it's not a popular fee, but it is necessary if small businesses are to stay in business. Thank you for your understanding.]
LITTER BOX FURNITURE:
Litter Box Cabinets may only be returned if unused. There will be a restocking fee of $50.00 on returned Litter Cabinets. Customer must re-use all original packing material and insure the package for cost of item and pay for return freight. The original cost of the item will be credited in your original form of payment after it has been inspected and found to be in new, resalable condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
