RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized. Please read the following information, then see "Contact Us" box at right.
Defective Product:
Contact us for instructions. The item will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Comfy Cozy will reimburse you for return freight in these cases.
All other returns or exchanges:
If you order the wrong color, wrong size or decide you just don't like the item, you must pay return freight. The cost of the item will be credited in your original form of payment after it has been inspected and found to be in new, resalable condition.
Special Conditions:
Litter Box Cabinets may only be returned if unused. Customer must re-use all original packing material and insure the package for cost of item. There will be a restocking fee of $25.00 on returned Litter Cabinets.
