Making Beds from Bottles
It sounds almost too good to be true.  But our friends at West Paw do it everyday.  Recycled material is used throughout the cat and dog beds we offer in the pages of Comfy Cozy Pet Furniture.  What's more, they're all made right here in the USA.  IntelliLoft TM starts as post consumer recycled plastic bottles.  The bottles are stripped of labels and caps, then cleaned and disinfected.  Next the plastic bottles are chopped into flakes, melted, liquified, then re-engineered into soft fibers used in both the filling and cover fabrics of the beds and pillows.  IntelliLoft TM diverts OVER 25 TONS of plastic bottles drawn from landfills every year!   The result, one of the softest, sturdiest line of pet beds you'll ever find.
