OUR RATES:
We know when you place an order you probably want it "now"...or as soon as humanly possible without it costing you an arm and a leg! We work with UPS, Fed Ex Ground and USPS to give you the best rate for your order/s. Since many of our items are very heavy, we have based our shipping costs on total weight of all the items in your shopping cart. Please provide a street address for all shipments (no p.o. boxes). Please note large items ship separately (i.e., dog houses/dens, cat climbing trees & houses, litter box cabinets).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
***** Dog and Cat Beds, Blankets, Pillows and Pet Gates will normally ship within 2-4 days.
***** Dog and Cat Houses, Cat Climbing Trees ship in 3-5 days.
***** Litter Box Cabinets in Light, Medium, Dark wood colors ship 6-8 days after receipt of order. Cabinets in Green, Blue or Whitewash are special order and ship 4 weeks after receipt of order.

ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/FPO,CANADA
Alaska and Hawaii orders will be charged the rate as shown in the chart (top right) plus any surcharges at actual. We will contact you if there are charges above the rates in chart. APO/FPO and Canada should call/e-mail for freight estimates. Orders for Litter Box Cabinets should call us at 608-630-8332 or e-mail: customerservice@comfycozypetfurniture.com and we will provide a freight cost estimate.
WHAT ABOUT TAXES? Arizona and Wisconsin orders will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
